- How do I place an order?
There are 3 methods in place to put through an order:

- Placing an order online
Once you have located a product and you are ready to go ahead and order, click on the "add to cart" button. Once an item is in your cart, you can adjust the quantity, remove the item and add other items.
Putting an item in your shopping cart places you under no obligation to purchase the product. Sometimes when we are offering a special multibuy price, the only way to view this price is by placing it in your cart. Once it is in your cart, you will see your savings, at which time you can remove the product from your cart, keep shopping or continue with the checkout process.
If you are a registered customer and saved your cart during a previous visit, you can pick up where you left off from any computer after logging into your account. If you left items in your cart and have not yet registered, these items will still be your cart during your next session as long as you're using the same computer.
Once you have completed the checkout process you will be taken to a confirmation page which shows you a summary of your order including your order number. Please print this page for your records.

- Delivery in the UK is Free!
- Standard Delivery is free for UK and BFPO customers - Unlike some companies who advertise a lower price for the product then add anything up to £5.99 delivery at the checkout at Specialistsocks.co.uk the price you see is the price you pay!
- We also now offer a UK Next Working Day service at £5.99* - this service is only available on telephone orders. Please call our sales team on 0845 2211380 to place your order. Please note orders need to be placed by 1pm to ensure they are posted the same day. Please order early to avoid any delays. Refunds are not available on next day postage even if they are delivered late by the carrier.
- Our carrier will deliver to the address supplied by the customer when they place their order. If the customer is not at the address to receive the order or they no longer require the order it is their responsibility to ensure it is returned to us.
