Returns policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return it to us within 14 days of the item being received by you.

Please click the link in red below to print off our returns form and include with your return - our return address is on the form.

There is no need to call or email before you return the item. Simply download the form above or if you do not have a printer include a note with name, address, order number and phone number giving clear instruction about what you wish to exchange for, or the reason for refund. Send your return to Specialist Socks Ltd, Enterprise House, Roundwood Lane, Harpenden, Herts AL5 3BW. (No personal callers at this address please)

All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and shipped via a prepaid, insured and traceable method in order to ensure a safe delivery (for instance Royal Mail Recorded Delivery) Specialist Socks cannot be held responsible for any lost incoming mail. 

Items must be returned with all manufacturer packaging and tags and must be unused and in a re-saleable condition.

We are unable to accept returns in person at our registered office. Please return via post/carrier only.

Christmas purchases from Specialistsocks.co.uk made from 1st November 2012 until the 21st December 2012 which you wish to return will be accepted back up to the 11th January 2013 for a refund or exchange. Items received after this date will be issued with a credit voucher or an exchange.

Items must be returned in the condition they were originally sent, with their original packaging and suitable for resale.
