How do I track my order? Once you have completed the checkout process you will be taken to a confirmation page which shows you a summary of your order including your order number. Please print this page for your records.
A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of your order. As your order progresses through our system, to despatch, you will be updated via email. You can also check the progress by logging onto your account via our website. Your UK order will be delivered within 1 - 5 working days from date of despatch(International morders may take up to 30 days) Should you have any queries concerning your order please contact our Customer Service Team via email. We do not offer a telephone customer service option.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return it to us within 14 days of the item being received by you.
All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and shipped via a prepaid, insured and traceable method in order ensure a safe delivery (for instance Royal Mail Recorded Delivery)
Please ensure you include either a copy of your receipt or your name, address and order number. Please also don't forget to tell us if you require a refund or exchange.

If you wish to return goods within the distance selling regulations you will be liable for the cost of return. Items must be returned in their original condition including their packaging. Items that have been damaged, altered, worn or washed by the customer will not be accepted and will be returned*. Any items returned without packaging for exchange or refund if the goods have not been treated with reasonable care will be returned to the customer.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return or exchange has been processed. All refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt.
If you feel your item is faulty please return to us in accordance with the standard returns procedure already stated. We, or the manufacturer, will inspect and act appropriately.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Specialist Socks Ltd operate strictly within the terms of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
*All items returned as faulty will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before processing accordingly
We will be closed for the August Bank Holiday from 12.00 Friday 27th August until 9.00 am Tuesday 31st August.

Standard Delivery is free for UK and BFPO customers - Unlike some companies who advertise a lower price for the product then add anything up to £5.99 delivery at the checkout at Specialistsocks the price you see is the price you pay! OUR POSTAGE IS FREE and delivery is made within 1-5 working days of despatch. Orders received before 1pm will be shipped same day stock allowing. Orders received after 1pm normally leave us the following working day.
We would advise if you require the item quicker to call our sales team and pay for the extra postage.
We also now offer a UK Next working day service at £5.99* - this service is only available on telephone orders - Please call our sales team on 0845 2211380 to place your order. Please note orders guaranteed next day delivery need to be placed by 1pm to ensure they are posted the same day.All Next day orders placed after this time may run the risk of being shipped the following day. Please order early to avoid any delays.
