Callouses are caused due to continuous pressure and friction restricts exfoliation of dead skin cells. Several layers of compressed deak skin cells are formed, this can cause some discomfort and pain. - Take a footbath. Rub the softened skin with a towel - do not use a file.
- Dry feet and wait for 30 minutes before applying a Compeed plaster.
- Repeat treatment every 2-3 days.
