I have a pair of sealskinz, in fact 2 pair. Not really worn them until I started working on motorway maintainance and bridge buliding. Standing in ice water for 10 hrs a day for a whole week made me aware how good this product is, with a pair of inner socks inside my feet where totally bone dry...chilly but when you saw the boot then I was the lucky one. Now even my work mates are ordering some.

This is more of a question. The size I would be looking for would be for a foot size 8. Your size chart shows 6-8 medium what is the meaning of medium. Or if I required a sock for a size 14 foot what is xl in relation to the foot. I feel thast you can have a 6-8 size foot and I require XL. The reason for this enquiry is that when I go a get a pair of socks off the shelf the packet shows the size of the foot it is suitable for without any other complicated information. Can you please enlighten me Graham Holmes.

Excellent! You wouldnt think a sock would be able to be completely waterproof, but the SealSkinz Country Waterproof Socks proved me wrong! I wore them during a walk through the countryside and my feet were kept dry and warm the whole time, even after walking through a small stream. I shall definitely be purchasing more SealSkinz in the future, great product!
